The indoor swimming pool was a great relaxation spot.
I am utterly horrified by the dismal state of this hotel. The room was poorly set up, and the toilet didn’t function properly, making my stay incredibly uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, the staff, particularly Ahmed, behaved aggressively and unprofessionally, making me feel completely violated and disrespected during my visit. This experience was so far below acceptable that I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had me a lovely stay, innit? The staff were proper friendly and the food was tasty, especially them lovely desserts they had goin' on! Just a shame the beach was a bit small and not well kept in places.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. The outdoor pool was refreshing , perfect for a dip after a day of exploring. The spa treatments were also delightful, especially the body scrubs!
The food buffet could use more variety and freshness, and the tables in the restaurant were often messy.

The room was clean and comfy with a nice view. no AC in the restaurant made it feel like a sauna. The outdoor pool was great with helpful lifeguards. Service was a hassle. getting extra towels took multiple requests. Food lacked variety and didn't cater well for allergies, which felt neglectful. Popular areas showed wear and tear, especially the kids' club.
